I would suggest using olive oil instead of dressing on your salads and for everything else that needs a little bit of taste. It’s free from harmful chemicals and it adds a great taste to your food.

Olive oil can be used on your hair also. It makes your hair more full, shinier and healthier. You will need to apply olive oil to your hair and let it sit for about 25 minutes. You can then get into the shower and wash your hair with shampoo. You will be amazed at how well olive oil works on your hair and you will probably begin to use it more often for other things.

Olive oil works great for dry skin and chapped lips. You can dab on the olive oil with a cotton ball and use it when you notice areas on your body that are dry. You do not have to worry about the chemicals you put on your body. Olive oil is completely safe and should be used in place of other chemicals which are soaked into your bloodstream.

Olive oil works great on your cuticles and nails. You can dip your fingers in olive oil and gently massage it into your hands. It will help with dry skin and it will also help your hands from cracking and hurting. I wouldn’t suggest putting lotion on your hands afterward because lotion gets absorbed into your body. Lotion was not made to help you feel better, it’s only used for healing dry skin. Who wants something with scent entering their bloodstream?

You can use olive oil for pretty much everything beauty related. You can dab some on at night and let it sit for a short period of time. It works well as a face mask. If you notice a scent from the oil you can wash that part of your body. Try using olive oil for the next week and see what results you get from it. It’s better than putting harmful chemicals on your body. It’s completely natural and harm free.
